Terms of Service

By creating an account or using RenewOS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. RenewOS is a renewal and expiry management product — it is not legal, insurance, tax or regulatory advice.

You are responsible for keeping your password and session secure, and for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or have a guardian's consent). Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use immediately.

You retain full ownership of the items, notes and attachments you store. You grant us the limited right to store and display them to you — and only you — as needed to operate the service. We do not use your content to train models. RenewOS contains no AI. You may export or delete your data at any time from Settings.

You agree not to use RenewOS to store unlawful content, abuse the reminder or notification systems, attempt unauthorized access, or intentionally overload the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice in cases of serious breach.

Free, Pro and Business plans are governed by their published capabilities and pricing. Paid plans renew automatically on their billing interval unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period. We offer refunds within 14 days of an annual purchase if you have not materially used the paid features — contact us to request one.

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Critical changes — including pricing changes — will be communicated by email or in-product notice with at least 30 days' lead time where possible.

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. In summary: we do not sell your data, we minimize what we collect, we never use your data to train AI, and we keep attachments private and accessible only to you.

RenewOS is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data follows our documented retention policy before permanent destruction, giving you a grace window to export first.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email with a clear description of what changed and why. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
